Stress Management Tools

For stress reduction, increasing energy, building immunity and enhancing overall health a daily practice of breathing exercises and meditation can be immensely helpful.  

 

I practice SKY breathing and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation daily for stress management. Both can be learned through online classes offered by certified instructors. really helped me over the past 10 years.
