Avoid foods that harm the body!

I am self professed health nerd :). In order to slow down the progression from LGMD, remain pain free and more importantly avoid other seemingly related or unrelated diseases, I have diligently researched and studied several dozen books on health and wellness, stress reduction, pain management etc. I learned a lot and implemented a number of changes. Some worked and other not as much.
One lesson I learned very early on was that if I just avoid those foods that clearly harm my body and caused discomfort and pain, that alone made the quality of my life much better. in addition to it, by adding foods that helped my detox / elimination organs improve their function also helped in providing nourishment to the body at the cellular level which in turn slowed muscle degeneration and lowered inflammation/pain levels significantly.
Here is a list of foods and lifestyle habits we must avoid specially if we are dealing with NMD like muscular dystrophy.
